The company is limited by shares. The leaseholders are all able to become members of the company. The company is the vehicle through which the  the property is managed and administered. This includes maintenance and insurance of the buildings.

The Memorandum and Articles of Association states the 'objects' of the company i.e why the company has been established and what it does. The Articles of Association are the 'rules' by which the company operates.

The original Memorandum of Association gave the objects of the company as management of a site elsewhere. This was corrected on 15 January 1997 when the following amended Memorandum of Association was issued.

3.2 If our business is merged with another business entity, your information may be disclosed to our new business partners or owners.

3.4 We operate in a regulated industry and may be required to disclose information about you in accordance with our statutory obligations.

3.5 Unless required to do so by law, we will not otherwise share, sell or distribute any of the information you provide to us without your consent.
